Honesty and humility are two characteristics that Kate not only possesses on a personal level, but that permeate her approach to design. With a background rooted in Industrial Design, Kate learned early on that empathy in design, being able to put herself in her client’s shoes, would set her apart as a designer.
Kate finds the most valuable part of life lies in spending time in her home with family and friends. That innate sense also drives her as she works to make each design unique for every client. She never passes up an opportunity to learn something new from those around her, and knows that the best way she can grow as a designer is to always seek new opportunities; adapt to change; and accept that 99.9% of projects never go as planned.
